In March 2024,  I was on my way to complete a drop-in visit for a cat and  I  became aware of a colony of about 40 feral cats living in a backstreet to shops and restaurants in NW London. I returned almost every day for a few months and I learned more about their story.  Restaurant staff and neighbours would feed them, however, so many cats had visible ailments, infections, and injuries and required immediate help, it became my mission to help.  With some help from some charities, we eventually managed to provide a better life for most cats. One year on, as of March 2025, I am currently working on the remainder of the colony and am pleased to say I have helped about 40 cats to a better life so far, with about 3-5 cats left as of this writing.

I visited Egypt in January 2025 and saw the plight of the many stray dogs and cats there. I tried to help as many as I could with food and veterinary care in conjunction with some local charities and local Egyptians.
