In March 2024,  I was on my way to complete a drop-in visit for a cat and  I  became aware of a colony of about 40 feral cats living in a backstreet to shops and restaurants in NW London. I returned almost every day for a few months and I learned more about their story.  From then on I have been trying to help less fortunate animals, whether in London or on my travels abroad, especially around Luxor Egypt.

I visited Egypt in January 2025 and saw the plight of the many stray dogs and cats there. I tried to help as many as I could with food and veterinary care in partnership with locals and charities. I really wish to help more animals there and I am so grateful for however small a contribution you make by clicking the Just giving link. This will  help to make a significant difference to them. My heartfelt thanks. My next step is to send a dog trap over to a local charity in Luxor.
